She explained what was required thoroughly and was very perceptive to her individual needs and anxieties, putting her at ease over the 2 sessions. The feedback report was very thorough and gave practical recommendations for the school to implement to support her in the school environment.
All of the communications with Penny were helpful, easy and professional. The school hadn’t picked up on the fact that my daughter had dyslexia but now it’s been confirmed with Penny’s help, she has been able to understand herself better, is less anxious and has the support that she needs at home and at school.
